On September 19, seven teachers from CISS traveled to Incheon, South Korea to participate in training to advance our school in Primary Years Program(PYP) and Middle Years Program (MYP) subjects to further our potential to become an IOBO World School.

They studied for 3 full days and returned on September 22 in the late evening so they could teach their classes on September 23.

While in Korea our teachers enjoyed the Korean culture and food. The contacts they made with teachers from other IBO Schools will be of great value to our school as we grow.

Already, we have made plans to take our school soccer team back to Korea in October for an International Football “7’s” competition. The Manchu Tigers will begin to roar in the international school community!!!
