–Recipient of the Minister’s Excellence Teaching Medallion for International Engagement from the province of New Brunswick.
-Selected to the C21 Canada CEO Academy (a Pan-Canadian professional network of superintendents committed to setting 21st century learning standards).

I am very pleased to join CISS as the Head of School, effective July, 2020. During the past several weeks I have been working with our CISS Executive Director Yun A Duan and vice-principal, Dr. Francisco Sabate to ensure that we are ready to welcome all students and staff to CISS.

All health and safety requirements have been put in place to ensure that our students, staff and school family, will be well cared for. This includes being well prepared with an online interactive learning system should there be any closure of the school in the future due to another COVID-19 outbreak.

CISS is a World IB international school that is proud to offer the IB PYP, MYP and DP programs. During its’ history, CISS has become known for a caring, positive, welcoming environment and a family culture where students, teachers, and parents work together to share a strong sense of community.
